Welcome to my world of art

Thank you for coming to my blog. I hope you will sense some of the joy & excitement painting brings to me. My goal is to bring this same joy & excitement to you through color, subject matter, & imagination of a memory of a person or place or feeling!
As you can tell reflections in the water draw me like a magnet. All of this glorious creation is a gift we need to slow down & capture. Perhaps my paintings can do that for you.
My art can be seen many places in eastern NC. I am represented by BluSail Gallery Arendell St Morehead City & Riverwalk Gallery Main St Washington, NC. I will also be at many juried events that I will keep you posted about. Thank you so much for your interest in my art.

I have moved 6 months ago to Morehead City NC. What gorgeous & inspirational venues to paint everywhere you look on this Crystal Coast. My art is displayed at Blusail Gallery 903 Arendell St in Morehead & Artistry Hideaway on the waterfront on Front Street Beaufort, NC. I teach classes & love what I do. I am also displaying in Art from the Heart in Morehead the month of Feruary & in Franklin Gallery in Southport NC in March. I hope you will make an effort to go to one or several of these to view my artwork. Spring will be here soon & I'll be heading outdoors for plein air painting in this gorgeous spot of God's creation.
